All products are made to order based on customer specifications.
Colours, fabrics, and materials may appear slightly different due to screen settings or manufacturing variations.
All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
Orders are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received.
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or quotation
Delivery and installation dates are estimates only and may vary due to supplier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the agreed time of installation.
Any additional visits caused by site inaccessibility or delays may incur extra charges.
All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty, subject to proper use and care.
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, or environmental factors is not covered under warranty.
Instructions for care and maintenance will be provided upon installation.
As most of our products are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind.
In the rare event of a manufacturing fault, please notify us within 7 days of installation for assessment and resolution.
Eleganze Decor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, or delays.
Our total liability is limited to the cost of the product or service provided.
